Refund policy

Returns

Stagger Shade Co. will accept a return within 30 days of the original purchase. Stagger Shade Co. will also refund the purchase amount less shipping. Refunds are typically initiated within 15 days of return being received. To initiate a return simply go to the "Contact" page and fill out the form, be sure to include your order number in the message.

Exchanges

To initiate a product exchange please fill out the information on the "Contact" page, include your order number and let us know what product you have and what product you would like us to place it with. Exchanges on all products are only valid within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Replacements 

If your shades are ever lost or broken, as a courtesy, Stagger Shade Co. offers a one time, no questions asked, replacement program. To initiate a replacement claim please go to our "Contact" page and fill out the form. Be sure to include your original order number. If Stagger Shade Co. does not have your exact model in stock we will still replace them with an item of your choice with similar value. 

Stagger Shade Co. reserves the right at their discretion to deny a replacement claim at any time.
